Gaudí’s huge hillside park, full of colorful organic shapes — the mosaic-tiled terrace bench is the shot everyone wants. It’s also a great sunset spot. This is a UNESCO World Heritage site; general admission is now €18 (book online, it sells out).
3. Sagrada Familia
Probably the most famous thing in Barcelona — Gaudí’s intricate basilica, still being completed. When I first visited in 2016 I assumed it’d be done by now; the Tower of Jesus Christ finally topped out in February 2026 and was inaugurated that June, but full completion is now estimated around 2034. It’s open during construction and absolutely worth going inside — the light through the stained glass is unreal. Basic entrance is €26.
4. Ayre Hotel Rosellon Rooftop
Want the Sagrada Familia view without the crowds? This spacious rooftop restaurant has the prime view of the basilica, and the food is genuinely good. Skip the street-level crowds — this is the most Instagrammable view in Barcelona, cocktail in hand.
5. Casa Batlló
